Special section on the philosophy of hate crime edited by researchers at CERGU, CELAM and FLOV

News: May 15, 2015

The current issue of the Journal of Interpersonal Violence features a special section on the philosophical aspects of hate crime and hate crime policy guest-edited by David Brax (CERGU, CELAM and FLOV) and Christian Munthe (CELAM and FLOV), with contributions by criminologists, law scholars, philosophers and sociologists, plus an introductory overview by Brax and Munthe. The section is an outcome of research in a European project based at FLOV, in collaboration with the University of Central Lancashire and the Goethe University of Frankfurt, and later projects linked to CERGU and CELAM.

The introduction to the section by Brax and Munthe is available for free reading and download from here: http://jiv.sagepub.com/content/30/10/1687.abstract
